Arjun Shastri
Arjun Shastri
Co-Founder & Partner

Arjun leads Kingsgate's strategy and finance efforts. He brings a decade of experience investing in public and private equity, and is passionate about applying a rigorous, people-first approach to new companies.

Prior to Kingsgate, Arjun was a Partner at Untitled Investments, a New York hedge fund spun off from Tiger Global Investments, and a private equity investor at Hellman & Friedman. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 1000 companies on growth strategy.

Arjun received a BA in Political Science from Yale University.

Jamish Vekeria

Jamish leads Kingsgate's operations. He takes great pride in working alongside top-tier teams to scale their businesses efficiently.

Prior to Kingsgate, he worked at some of the world's fastest growing companies, including Uber and Uncapped, where he was Chief of Staff as the company grew from 10 to 130 employees in just over a year.

Jamish holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Guillaume Lussato

Head of Corporate Development

Guillaume thrives on building meaningful relationships with founders and industry leaders.

Before Kingsgate, Guillaume led M&A origination at two global software aggregators, including Constellation Software. He successfully led over 15 acquisitions, all of which kept founders' visions at their center. He started his career in software sales, perfecting the art of making enterprise software sound interesting.

Originally from the south of France, Guillaume traded sun and sand for beautiful British weather. He earned an MSc in Supply Chain Management from ISC Paris.

Greg leads Kingsgate's portfolio operations, with a relentless focus on customer outcomes and sustainable growth across its managed service provider platform.

Prior to Kingsgate, Greg held MD and C-suite roles across various cloud, connectivity, and ecommerce technology businesses, leading large teams through periods of significant growth and transformation.

Greg is a hands-on operator who believes great businesses are built on strong teams, clear accountability, and an obsessive commitment to the customer.

Robert Brown

Founding Partner of Reef Pass Investors

Robert is a Founding Partner of Reef Pass Investors (RPI), where he serves on the board of directors for multiple M&A-focused platforms helping execute the model. Prior to RPI, he helped co-launch Hound Partners, a successful long/short Tiger Cub hedge fund, where he invested with a mindset of permanent ownership, learning from the management teams of publicly traded buy-and-build companies with multi-decade track records of high performance. He now applies those principles to growth-oriented, early-stage serial acquisition platforms. Robert also serves as a Trustee of the Tiger Foundation, Julian H. Robertson's non-profit dedicated to reducing the cycle of poverty in New York City.

Co-Founder of Axcient

Kevin serves on Kingsgate's board, with deep involvement in acquisition decisions and operations. He co-founded Axcient in 2004 (then called eFolder), building it into the industry-leading provider of BCDR solutions for MSPs, serving ~5,000 MSPs globally before its acquisition by Connectwise in 2024.

Co-founding Director, Roper (NASDAQ)

Christopher has invested for many years in holding companies in pursuit of serial acquisition and cash compounding. He was a co-founding Director of Roper Technologies (NASDAQ / QQQ) at its IPO in 1992. Roper grew to >$60bn in market cap when he retired in 2025, having completed over 60 acquisitions, and grown into a leading player in vertical software and networked applications. He is a board member of Merifin Capital and Computer Modelling Group (TSX), a data analytics company.
